SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

When making a purchase with Morgan Jaynes Boutique you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions of our store as well as have read and understand our return policy.

 

IMPORTANT:  Once an item has been "purchased" no refund will be issued, Morgan Jaynes Boutique offers store credit ONLY, even if the item{item's) have not yet been shipped.

 

- Processing time is between 5-7 Business days for your item(s) to be shipped.

REFUNDS:

 

 IMPORTANT:  Once an item has been "purchased" no refund will be issued, Morgan Jaynes Boutique offers store credit ONLY, even if the item (item's) have not yet been shipped.

SEZZLE- No refunds will be offered and no payments can/will be cancelled for any purchase through Sezzle. We only offer Store Credit on approved exchanges/returns. Once you process your order through Sezzle you agree to these terms and conditions-- NO CANCELLATIONS, period. 

 

SALES & RETURNS:

 

- Processing time is between 5-7 Business days for your item(s) to be shipped (regardless of shipping option selected)

*We are happy to accommodate special occasions so long as we are notified (via call, text, or email) as soon as your order is placed.*

-As soon as your items are in possession of USPS, shipping time is in their hands. Contact your local post office with any questions!

-Returns/exchanges must be returned back to us within 7 days upon delivery to you (unless otherwise approved by Morgan Jaynes Staff) If purchased in the store you have 7 days from the day or purchase to be returned.

-All tracking and communication between the postal system is up to you the buyer and you understand we have NO say in your postal services. 

-Items discounted 15% or more are final sale

-closeout sale items such as BLACK FRIDAY SALE items are FINAL SALE

-We do NOT price match 

-Sale items are FINAL SALE

-Pre orders and custom orders are all FINAL SALE.

Additional final sale items:  Face Masks, bralettes, eyelashes, car scents, jewelry, purses and bags, seasonal items (tees included).

All shoes are final sale UNLESS you the customer attains approval by Morgan Jaynes Boutique customer service. For help, email info@morganjaynes.com

- You the buyer are responsible for ordering the correct amount of items as well as  size. 

- Your return will only be accepted with tags on, non washed nor worn, no animal hair, and MUST BE in the condition it was received. If we receive your return & your item has been washed or worn it will not be accepted & returned at buyers cost.

Before shipping back your return, please email info@morganjaynes.com for further processing and instructions OR 

 

-RESTOCKING FEE: Returned items are docked a store credit of $6-$8 to cover initial shipping/supplies/restock fee (per item)($10-$15 big items or priority packages) Once Received please allow 5-7 business days for store credit to be issued via email. 

Returns AFTER 7 Days: Items will not be accepted after the 7 days. In the case that a return is accepted we do require communication and approval via email (info@morganjaynes.com) there will also be an additional restock fee of 15%-40% on top of the initial restock/shipping fee.

 

Reshipment and Return Shipping Fees:   Reshipment and return shipping fees are up to you the buyer. 

 

-Morgan Jaynes Boutique has the right to refuse service and orders.

-Defective Items and Incorrect Items Received: must be reported to  info@morganjaynes.com with photos and claimed defective within 2 days of receiving (marked delivered) or defect becomes considered wear & tear and wrong item delivered becomes yours to keep. 

-Please read washing instructions upon receiving, Cactus Rose is not responsible if an item is washed and shrinks, that has instructions to was by hand.

-Clothing color may have a slight different color then pictured due to lighting

-EXCHANGE FOR SIZE: Please note that our inventory goes fast, and items may not be  in stock for exchange if you want a different size. To ensure your size accommodation please purchase that size/item as there will be NO HOLDS.

-If you have received a broken candle please send us a text or email including a picture of the broken candle. We will then supply you with a shipping label for it to be returned and then we will send you a new one once we have received the broken candle.

 

-PAPERLESS: We do not supply receipt with orders, no invoice nor packing slip will be supplied in your package. Your receipt is you conformation email.

 

International Orders are shipped at buyers expense beginning at $15, if cost of shipping is more, buyer will be invoiced to cover the remainder. International orders are FINAL SALE, no cancellations or refunds.

Lost or stollen packages? Contact your postal service, Morgan Jaynes Boutique is NOT responsible and it is up to you to track it down.

 

*Check and double check your address. If package is sent back it'll be at buyer expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers responsibility to track down package.

 

Lost/ Stolen Packages: Morgan Jaynes Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered"  and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the post office as well as ROUTE or Shippo Insurance (see below) If live in apartment building, check with management office. Check with your neighbor if you have not received. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible.  For other issues contact local post office. 

 

Priority Mail has a base insurance of up to $100 with USPS.

 

Holiday Return Policy EXTENDED:

-We will extend or return policy for all Regular priced items. All items purchased between December 10-24th will receive an extension. Returns must be back in store by January 15th, 2021. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We DO NOT guarantee delivery by Christmas.

 

- All Christmas orders need to be shipped by December 18th this is the USPS deadline.  We are not responsible for ship time once USPS takes possession of your oder.

 

MODIFICATION TO PRICES & ERRORS

-Prices of our products are subject to change, prices may change without any notification.

-At times we do have errors on descriptions, prices, & promotions. We have the right to cancel orders and/or change errors.
